Dear Little Miami Middle School Families,

The Little Miami Middle School PTO is excited to kick off our annual Dodgeball event! Please note that signups will look a little different this year, so we ask that you carefully read all instructions before registering your child and their team.

All registrations will be completed through Google Forms. It is very important that you read all directions within the form prior to submitting your signup to ensure your child and their team are properly registered.

In addition, all permission slips and participation fees will be processed electronically this year. There will be no paper forms or cash/check payments accepted.

Please be aware that NO SIGNUPS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 02/23. This deadline is firm to allow us adequate time to organize teams and prepare for the event.

The tournament starts at 2PM and will go until about 7:30PM.
